2B Competitions

Terms & Conditions

The terms for entering competitions with 2B Competitions and using this website.

About these Terms

Version 1.1. Last updated 27 October 2026.

These Terms & Conditions govern competitions operated by 2B Competitions Ltd. By entering a competition, whether through a paid online entry or a valid free postal entry, you agree to these Terms together with any specific conditions displayed on the relevant competition page.

1. Promoter

The promoter of competitions operated through this website is:

  • 2B Competitions Ltd
  • Company Number: 17466488
  • Registered Office: 76 Trealaw Road, Tonypandy, CF40 2NR
  • Email: doubletopcompetitions@gmail.com
  • Telephone: 07539 850587

In these Terms, 2B Competitions Ltd may be referred to as “2B Competitions”, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Promoter”.

2. Eligibility

Our competitions are open only to persons aged 18 years or over who are legally permitted to enter from their place of residence.

Entrants must provide accurate, complete and current information. We may request reasonable proof of identity, age, address or eligibility before accepting an entry or awarding a prize.

Entries made using false information, another person's identity, fraudulent payment information, automated systems or deliberate attempts to manipulate or circumvent our systems may be rejected.

We reserve the right to suspend or disqualify an entrant where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation or a material breach of these Terms.

3. Individual Competitions

Each competition will have its own competition page containing the information applicable to that competition.

This may include:

  • The prize being offered
  • The price per paid entry
  • The maximum number of entries available
  • The opening date
  • The closing date and/or draw date
  • Any maximum number of entries permitted per entrant
  • Any expressly offered cash alternative
  • Any additional winner or sold-out promotion
  • Any other competition-specific conditions

Entrants should read the individual competition page before entering.

Competition-specific conditions displayed on the relevant competition page form part of these Terms for that competition.

4. Paid Online Entries

Paid entries may be purchased through our website using the payment methods made available at checkout.

The price per entry and total amount payable will be displayed before payment is submitted.

A paid entry is not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorised and the entry has been accepted and recorded by our systems.

Each successfully accepted entry will be allocated an entry or ticket number for the relevant competition.

Purchasing multiple entries provides multiple chances in the relevant draw but does not guarantee that an entrant will win.

5. Free Postal Entry

A free postal entry route is available for competitions operated using both paid and free entry.

No purchase from 2B Competitions is necessary to use the free postal entry route.

Postal entries should be sent by ordinary post to:

  • 2B Competitions
  • 76 Trealaw Road
  • Tonypandy
  • CF40 2NR

Unless otherwise clearly stated on the relevant competition page or our Free Postal Entry page, a postal entry must clearly and legibly include:

  • Full name
  • Full postal address
  • Postcode
  • Date of birth
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • The name or competition number of the competition being entered
  • Any other information expressly required on our Free Postal Entry page

Postal entries must be received in sufficient time for them to be processed and included before the applicable competition closes.

Entrants are responsible for the ordinary cost of postage. There is no additional payment to 2B Competitions for entering using the postal route.

Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or another premium postal service is not required.

A valid free postal entry will be entered into the same draw as valid paid entries.

Once accepted into a competition, a valid free entry and a valid paid entry will have the same chance of winning per entry. The winner selection process will not distinguish between paid and valid free entries.

Full instructions can be found on our Free Postal Entry page.

6. Entry Numbers

Every valid entry accepted into a competition will be allocated an entry or ticket number.

Ticket numbers apply only to the particular competition for which they were issued. The same numerical ticket number may therefore exist in separate competitions.

The particular ticket number allocated to an entrant does not itself increase or decrease that entry's chance of winning.

7. Closing Dates & Draw Dates

The applicable closing date and/or draw date will be displayed on the individual competition page.

2B Competitions aims to conduct each draw on the advertised date and award the advertised prize.

In exceptional circumstances, it may become necessary to change a competition's closing date or draw date.

Such circumstances may include serious technical failure, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, legal or regulatory requirements, or another exceptional situation that makes conducting the draw on the advertised date impractical or inappropriate.

Any such change will be made reasonably and in good faith. Where reasonably practicable, affected entrants will be informed and the revised date will be published through the relevant competition page and/or our official communication channels.

Entries already accepted will remain valid following a change of date unless applicable law or the particular circumstances require otherwise.

A change of date will not reduce the advertised prize.

2B Competitions does not intend to change competition dates merely because a competition has generated fewer paid entries than anticipated.

8. Winner Selection

All valid entries accepted into a competition will participate in the applicable draw.

Winners will be selected using a fair random process in which each valid entry has an equal opportunity of being selected.

The selection process will not distinguish between a valid paid entry and a valid free postal entry.

Where appropriate, draws may be conducted or broadcast through our official social-media channels.

2B Competitions will maintain appropriate records of competition entries and results.

9. Winners, Announcement, Claim Period & Verification

Following the close of a competition, the winner will normally be selected and announced within 24 hours of the competition closing, unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so.

Winners may be announced on the 2B Competitions website and/or our official social-media channels. We will also make reasonable attempts to contact the winner directly using the contact details associated with their winning entry.

A winner must respond to 2B Competitions and claim their prize within 14 days of our first attempt to notify them.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner during this 14-day period using the contact information provided with their account or entry.

Before releasing a prize, we may request reasonable evidence confirming:

  • The winner's identity
  • The winner's age
  • The winner's address
  • Ownership of the winning account or entry
  • Eligibility under these Terms

A person who was not eligible to enter cannot become entitled to a prize merely because their entry was selected.

If a winner does not respond and claim their prize within the 14-day claim period despite reasonable attempts to contact them, or if the selected winner is found to be ineligible or the winning entry is invalid, 2B Competitions reserves the right to treat the prize as unclaimed and select an alternative winner fairly from the remaining valid entries.

Any alternative winner will be subject to the same eligibility, verification and prize-claim requirements.

We may publish the winner's name, winning ticket number and reasonable information demonstrating that the prize has been awarded, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

10. Prizes

The prize available for each competition will be described on the applicable competition page.

We will take reasonable care to describe prizes accurately. Product photographs may occasionally be used for illustrative purposes.

Unless the relevant competition expressly provides otherwise, a winner cannot require us to substitute a different product for the advertised prize.

Delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed with the winner where appropriate.

11. Cash Alternatives

A cash alternative is only available where it is expressly advertised for that particular competition.

The availability of a cash alternative in one competition does not create a right to request cash instead of the prize in any other competition.

Where no cash alternative is stated, the winner will receive the advertised prize and cannot require 2B Competitions to pay the retail value of that prize in cash.

Where a competition expressly offers a cash alternative, the amount available will be the specific amount advertised for that competition.

12. Additional Winners & Sold-Out Promotions

Some competitions may contain promotional conditions providing additional winners or prizes where a clearly stated condition is achieved.

These conditions apply only where they are expressly advertised on the relevant competition page.

For example, where a competition expressly states that two winners will be drawn if all available entries are sold, two winners will be selected if that stated condition is satisfied.

Where two identical prizes are expressly advertised under such a promotion, each selected winner will receive the advertised prize or any cash alternative specifically offered for that competition.

Promotional conditions relating to one competition do not apply to other competitions.

13. Refund Policy

Competition entries are generally final and non-refundable once successfully purchased and accepted into the competition.

A refund will not ordinarily be provided because an entrant:

  • Changes their mind
  • Later decides they no longer wish to participate
  • Purchases more entries than they intended
  • Selects the wrong competition
  • Fails to win
  • Is unavailable to watch a live draw

Entrants should therefore check the competition selected, quantity of entries and total amount payable before completing payment.

Where there has been a genuine duplicate payment, payment-processing error or another exceptional payment issue, we may investigate the circumstances and take appropriate action.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a refund, remedy or other consumer right where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Payments, Reversals & Chargebacks

Entrants must only use a payment method they are authorised to use.

Where a payment is legitimately reversed, cancelled or not successfully received, entries associated with that payment may be invalidated where legally permitted.

Fraudulent transactions, deliberate chargeback abuse or attempts to obtain competition entries without valid payment may result in suspension or closure of an account and, where appropriate, further recovery action.

Nothing in this section prevents an entrant from legitimately challenging an unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment.

15. Website & Technical Failures

We will take reasonable steps to keep the 2B Competitions website and competition systems operational and accurate.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We will not ordinarily be responsible where an entry is not received because an entrant:

  • Failed to complete checkout
  • Supplied incorrect information
  • Lost their internet connection
  • Experienced a problem with their own device
  • Otherwise failed to complete the required entry process

Where a material failure occurs within systems under our control, we will take reasonable steps to correct the issue and preserve the integrity and fairness of the affected competition.

We may correct obvious typographical, administrative or technical errors where reasonably necessary, provided doing so does not unfairly prejudice entrants or unlawfully alter a competition.

16. Customer Accounts

Customers may be required to register an account before purchasing competition entries.

Information supplied during registration must be accurate and customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login details.

An account must not be used to circumvent eligibility requirements, age restrictions, entry limits, spending controls or other restrictions.

Unless expressly permitted by us, each individual should maintain only one customer account.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security problems, misuse or a serious breach of these Terms.

17. Responsible Participation

2B Competitions is intended to provide entertainment. Entrants should only spend amounts they can comfortably afford.

Participation should not be regarded as a way of resolving financial difficulties or achieving financial security.

We may operate spending limits, entry limits, account restrictions and other customer-protection measures.

We may also restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for customer-protection, security, legal or compliance purposes.

Our advertising will not intentionally present participation as a substitute for employment or as a solution to financial difficulties.

18. Marketing Communications

Marketing communications will only be sent where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.

Where marketing consent is requested, it will be separate from acceptance of these Terms.

Marketing consent is not a condition of entering a competition.

Where applicable, customers may withdraw their marketing consent or unsubscribe from promotional communications.

We may still send necessary service communications relating to accounts, payments, entries, competition administration, security or prizes.

19. Personal Information

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

We may process information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Establish and administer customer accounts
  • Process payments and entries
  • Allocate entry numbers
  • Administer competitions and draws
  • Prevent and investigate fraud
  • Verify eligibility
  • Communicate with entrants
  • Identify and contact winners
  • Arrange delivery or collection of prizes
  • Respond to complaints
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

Please see our Privacy Policy for further information.

20. Fraud, Manipulation & Prohibited Conduct

Entrants must not attempt to interfere with the proper operation of a competition or our website.

Prohibited conduct includes deliberate attempts to:

  • Manipulate entry allocation
  • Interfere with a draw
  • Access another person's account
  • Circumvent entry or spending restrictions
  • Provide false identity information
  • Exploit technical vulnerabilities
  • Use unauthorised automated entry methods
  • Otherwise obtain an unfair advantage

Where we reasonably establish that prohibited conduct has occurred, affected entries may be disqualified and the relevant account may be restricted or closed, subject to applicable law.

21. Third-Party Brands & Intellectual Property

Product names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, competitions featuring third-party products are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the manufacturer or brand of the prize.

The 2B Competitions name, original website content, branding and original graphics belong to 2B Competitions Ltd or are used with appropriate permission.

22. Social Media

2B Competitions may advertise competitions or broadcast draws through social-media services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or another social-media platform.

Entrants should rely only on our website and genuine official 2B Competitions accounts.

We will never require a winner to make an additional payment merely to release a genuine prize.

We are not responsible for fraudulent third-party accounts impersonating 2B Competitions, although suspected impersonation should be reported to us.

23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect the operation of the website, a competition or the delivery of a prize.

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the fairness and integrity of the competition and minimise disruption to entrants.

This provision does not give us an unrestricted right to change competition conditions after customers have entered.

Material changes will be communicated as clearly and promptly as reasonably practicable.

24. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to those protections, 2B Competitions Ltd will not be liable for losses arising solely from circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control or losses which were not reasonably foreseeable.

25. Complaints

We aim to deal with complaints fairly and reasonably.

Complaints concerning an account, entry, payment, competition, draw or prize should be sent to:

  • 2B Competitions Ltd
  • 76 Trealaw Road
  • Tonypandy
  • CF40 2NR
  • Email: doubletopcompetitions@gmail.com
  • Telephone: 07539 850587

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account or competition and understand the complaint.

We will investigate complaints fairly and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.

Where a matter cannot immediately be resolved, we may request further information reasonably necessary to investigate it.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these general Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in our business, technology, payment arrangements, applicable guidance or legal requirements.

The version and date displayed on this page identify the current version.

Changes will not be used retrospectively to deprive an entrant of a material right already acquired in relation to an entry previously accepted, except where a change is required by law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms and competitions operated by 2B Competitions Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from benefiting from any mandatory legal protections applicable to them.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
